When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations and reschedules that occur on the day of your appointment or less than 48 hours, will be charged a fee of 50% of the services.

Late arrivals: We understand that emergencies happen. However, please know that if you arrive 10 minutes or later please contact the Suite. We will do our best to accommodate your appointment. You may be asked to reschedule and charged a fee of 50% if there is not enough time.

No shows: A charged fee of 100% of the services. Please contact us to make the payment and reschedule your appointment.

If you are sick, feeling unwell, or have symptoms of COVID, wait on COVID test results. PLEASE RESCHEDULE OR BOOK AT LEAST 2 WEEKS OUT.
